Apprenticeship position as an AFC automotive mechatronics technician
Technical office, district 4 Scuol
During your apprenticeship, you will work at one of the seven districts of the Grisons Technical Office.
As an automotive mechatronics technician, you carry out system and functionality checks as well as simple diagnostic work on cars and vans. You repair engines, transmissions, mechanics, and electronics. You independently handle service and inspection tasks. You perform fuel injection system tests using special equipment and carry out system settings as well as brake tests, and you check the electronic components of the mechanics, e.g. brake assistance devices. In the field of fault finding and repairs, you perform fault diagnostics, identify and eliminate causes, check driver assistance and infotainment systems, as well as hybrid and electric propulsion systems, and replace defective components.
Alongside the promotion of technical knowledge, the foundation of in-company training is the development of methodological, social, and personal skills. This means that during your training you will learn theory and practice from the basics and be able to face challenges that arise in interpersonal and professional contexts.
