Department:DSDCEntity:Information Technology Service of the Neuchâtel Entity (SIEN)Activities:Attached to the Justice and Police domain, you ensure the proper functioning and availability of a portfolio of critical applications serving public security activities.In parallel, you coordinate the activities of service providers and manage changes as well as deployments. Additionally, you analyse and prioritise evolution requests with the business units. You also contribute to application developments and the continuous improvement of services, while maintaining configuration and documentation up to date.
As a point of contact, you provide advice on the use and evolution of tools.
This position is characterised by a multidisciplinary dimension, involving the management of several applications at the heart of sensitive business processes.
Desired profile:With a background in computer science (HES, EPF or equivalent), you have 3 to 5 years of experience in managing critical applications. You stand out through your multidisciplinary profile, combining skills in application architectures, databases (MS SQL Server, Oracle), scripting, and project management (agile and/or sequential).Service- and user-oriented, you appreciate teamwork and know how to coordinate multiple stakeholders. Good knowledge of German and English complements your profile, with an interest in public security or judicial fields.
