Head of Infrastructural Facility Services (m/f/d)

• Management of infrastructural services in the Zurich area with cost and budget responsibility
• Ensuring contractually agreed cleaning services in hygienically demanding areas
• Point of contact for daily operational business towards our client, employees and supervisors
• Development of the contract through optimisation of services, new approaches and innovations
• Proactive support, advice and care of the customer
• Team leadership of a multidisciplinary team in the area of infrastructural services
• Independent planning and implementation of upcoming FM projects, adhering to the client’s requirements

• Qualification as Head of Hospitality-Housekeeping HFP or demonstrably equivalent education as well as several years of relevant professional experience
• Solid know-how of cleaning in hygienically demanding areas and understanding of related contexts
• High standards for thorough and conclusive problem solving and order processing
• Understanding and implementation competence for diverse requirements combined with a hands-on mentality
• Skill in administration, leadership and organisation
• Proficiency in German, spoken and written; desirable: ability to communicate in English
• Willingness to be regularly on site during service times in the evening
• Driving licence category B
