Working days are as follows: Mon - Fri between 08:00 - 20:00 in shift operation, as well as occasional shifts on Saturday between 08:00 - 15:00.
Your main tasks:
- Reception and care of clients
- Operating the telephone switchboard
- Access control, key handover according to guidelines
- Mail processing
- Creating cleaning plans and forwarding them for billing
- Organization and support for craftsmen
- Support for KV trainees in the absence of the trainee supervisor
- Diverse administrative tasks
Your profile:
- Completed training in hospitality, service sector, or commercial area
- Fluent in German and English
- Service-oriented and hospitable
- Flexibility
