Job Description
We are seeking, on behalf of our client, a physiotherapist wishing to commit long-term within a well-known practice in the canton of Neuchâtel, for a permanent position at 80-100%.
You will join a small-scale structure, composed of 3 physiotherapists and a secretary, offering a modern, organised and stimulating working environment, right in the town centre and easily accessible.
As part of your duties, you will provide comprehensive and personalised care to your patients, developing treatments adapted to the clinical needs and rehabilitation goals of each patient. You will work with a varied patient base, notably in the following areas: post-operative care, back physiotherapy, neurology, uro-gynaecology, lymphatic drainage and functional rehabilitation.
Your responsibilities will notably include:
- Initial patient assessments, gathering clinical information and preparing precise reports to define coherent and realistic treatment objectives.
- Setting up and adapting physiotherapy sessions according to the evolution of health status, medical prescriptions and the specific needs of each patient.
- Providing care in the practice in closed treatment rooms, within a technical platform of over 400 m2 equipped with modern and state-of-the-art equipment.
- Participating in medicalised fitness care, monitoring exercises, correcting movements and progressing the rehabilitation programme.
- Providing home care when the situation requires, respecting care protocols and demonstrating excellent autonomy in the field.
- Ensuring traceability of care, maintaining rigorous patient records and transmitting useful information to the team and, if necessary, to medical partners.
- Actively contributing to the smooth running of the centre, collaborating closely with colleagues and the secretary to ensure smooth organisation of appointments and follow-ups.
- Maintaining a high level of quality in the therapeutic relationship, with constant attention to listening, confidentiality and patient experience.
- Participating in team exchanges, sharing experiences and continuous improvement of practice.
- Investing in your professional development through openness to continuing education offered by the structure.

Profile Sought
You hold a Bachelor of Science in Physiotherapy or an equivalent qualification, mandatorily recognised by the Swiss Red Cross.
You have experience in physiotherapeutic care and master the techniques related to the specialties of the position, notably post-operative rehabilitation, spinal pathologies, neurological care, uro-gynaecology, lymphatic drainage and functional rehabilitation. A good command of treatment protocols, clinical evaluation and therapeutic adaptation is essential.
Beyond your technical skills, you stand out by the following qualities:
- A real sense of responsibility and great rigour in carrying out your treatments and in the administrative follow-up of your patients.
- Excellent autonomy, enabling you to manage your consultations, priorities and possible home visits effectively.
