Polyclinic, emergency, outpatient care, hospitalizations: from birth to old age, the Morges Hospital offers a wide range of care services. The facility has 240 acute care beds, a maternity ward with about 1,500 births per year, and nearly 30,000 emergency consultations. In total, more than 40 medical disciplines have been practiced within its walls for over 150 years. We are looking for the following for Morges Hospital:
Biomedical Engineer in a hospital environment (M/F) at 100%
To strengthen our Biomedical service, starting March 1, 2026, or as agreed

YOU HAVE
- A higher diploma in biomedical engineering or an equivalent recognized title
- 5 years of experience in a similar project management role, but motivated junior applications are welcome
- Experience in a hospital environment is a plus
- Fluency in French and English, German is a plus
- Excellent analytical and synthesis skills
- Ability to integrate differentiated issues with empathy and agility
- A proactive attitude allowing you to convince with enthusiasm and conviction
- A solution-oriented, field and client approach making you a recognized partner
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a multidisciplinary team
YOUR OBJECTIVES
- Establish the management strategy for medical devices within the EHC
- Ensure the deployment and monitoring of biomedical projects, as well as equipment renewal
- Guarantee and manage materiovigilance and quality aspects
- Implement and ensure compliance with current technical and safety standards regarding biomedical services
- Ensure continuous and permanent improvement of services related to the department
- Participate in budget establishment and control
- Contribute to the development of internal and external client-supplier relationships
