Polymechanic for Production Team Leader
Tasks
- Operational management of production with overall responsibility for the CNC machining area
- Planning, control and monitoring of capacity and detailed scheduling
- Ensuring punctual and economical production
- Optimisation of throughput times, processes and resource utilisation
- Responsibility for compliance with quality, safety and productivity targets
- Leadership, deployment planning and further development of employees in the production area
- Close cooperation with work preparation, design, purchasing and logistics
- Continuous improvement of production processes according to Lean principles
Requirements
- Completed technical basic training, preferably as a polymechanic, production mechanic or comparable qualification
- Further training as a certified technician HF mechanical engineering or comparable further training (completed or in training)
- Several years of professional experience in CNC production
- Experience in production planning as well as in leading employees
- Strong organisational skills as well as a structured and solution-oriented way of working
