Business Controller Service 100% (m/f)
You take on a central role in the financial management of our service business and act as a sparring partner for the Head of Service (executive board member) as well as the service organisation.
A good instinct, a cool head, and a sense for the bigger picture shape your daily work. Your talent for data and numbers is in demand with us, and your main tasks are:
- Sparring partner for the Head of Service and the entire service area
- Assessing revenue, margin, and cost developments as well as determining corresponding accruals in monthly and annual financial statements
- Preparing medium-term, budget, and forecast planning
- Ensuring the publication of management information (Qlik, PowerBI, Excel)
- Defining and further developing management KPIs
- Creating special analyses and handling requests from the service organisation
- Supporting business management projects
For our mutual success, you bring:
- Degree in business administration with a focus on controlling or comparable qualification
- At least 5 years of professional experience in controlling, ideally in an operational environment
- Very good Excel and SAP FI/CO knowledge (S/4 HANA)
- Experience in using reporting and BI tools
- Entrepreneurial thinking and ability to structure complex topics
- Confident manner and strong communication skills at management level
- French and Italian language skills, spoken and written, are an advantage
