Technical Consultant Field Service 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

As a technical consultant in field service, you actively contribute to:

• Supporting and further developing the existing dealer network from a commercial and technical perspective

• Increasing our market share with existing sales partners in the Northwestern Switzerland region

• Convincing specialist partners by presenting the entire product range and acquiring new orders

• Ensuring high customer satisfaction and loyalty through targeted and intensive support

• Actively supporting specialist retailers in areas such as POS and assortment design, marketing, as well as successful acquisition of construction projects / properties

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed training in a commercial or industrial field (e.g. carpenter, metalworker, electronics technician)

• Several years of professional experience in sales, ideally in field service

• Sound knowledge of security and locking technology is an advantage

• Confident appearance and strong communication skills

• Independent, goal-oriented working style with a high degree of personal responsibility

• Enthusiasm for innovative products and their convincing presentation to customers

• Structured working method even in dynamic situations
