Workshop Team Leader
What awaits you:
- You lead, develop and empower around 15 employees and ensure clear goals and responsibilities
- You further develop processes and standards and promote continuous improvement as well as effective cross-team collaboration
- You plan and control resources, coordinate orders and ensure smooth workshop operations
- You strengthen the team’s position as a reliable service provider and ensure customer-oriented cooperation with internal and external customers
- Safety, quality and reliability are your top priorities
What you bring:
- Experience in leading and developing employees and enjoyment in achieving ambitious goals together
- Completed technical basic training, supplemented by further education in organisation or leadership
- Strong organisational talent and good understanding of operational processes and workflows
- Clear, appreciative communication and willingness to pragmatically drive change
