Your area of responsibility
In addition to the professional and operational management of the internal sales of building materials, you and your team promote professional, budget- and success-oriented sales. Across departments, you ensure a smooth and customer-oriented process of our CRM processes. You ensure optimal quotation management as well as conditions management in consultation with the sales manager for building materials. The promotion of product management and the implementation of assortment decisions from category management are also part of your responsibilities. Your daily tasks include active assistance in telephone sales, creating quotations, and sales orders. You take care of our demanding customers and offer effective sales solutions. In addition, you support our customers by providing or mediating technical information.
Your profile
As an experienced team leader with high social competence, you have already applied and implemented your know-how in a similar role and know what leadership means. With the necessary tact and assertiveness, you know how to challenge and lead your team and continuously optimize existing processes. It is a great advantage if you bring experience from the construction industry (building construction, civil engineering, drywall construction). We expect your joy in contact with people and your sales flair. You have high flexibility and are especially resilient in hectic situations.
Professional and service-oriented customer care is your focus. Good PC user skills (Office, SAP, CRM), a high degree of independence, and good communication skills are a must.
