In our competent, small Legal & Compliance team, you actively contribute to embedding and consistently implementing the compliance rules, principles and guidelines of LLB (Switzerland) in everyday work.
Your Perspective with Us:
- Expert advice on all bank-relevant legal and compliance matters, with a focus on financial crime
- Documentation and review of complex cases
- Responding to and managing authority enquiries
- Handling legal clarifications (general banking business, inheritance law, loans, asset management, etc.)
- Supporting projects for the implementation of new regulatory requirements and regulatory monitoring
- Quality controls, monitoring and reporting
- Support with training and internal workshops
Your Education and Experience:
- Advanced degree in law, ideally with additional compliance training
- Experience in Legal & Compliance, especially with a private banking background
- High IT affinity
Your Working Style:
You work precisely and efficiently, are convincing through your reliability and possess organisational talent. Thanks to your strong analytical skills and your solution-oriented, flexible, broad mindset, you handle a wide variety of cases effectively.
