We are looking for a co-educator with EFZ function vocational trainer and deputy.
Start: December 2025 or by arrangement
The Schnoogenäscht day care center cares for children aged 3 months to 12 years in a mixed-age group. To strengthen our small, committed, and cheerful team, we are looking for a motivated, warm-hearted, and responsible childcare professional (FaBe Child) or an equivalently trained educational specialist.
Your tasks
• Co-creating a loving, structured, and varied daily routine for the children
• Planning and conducting educational activities and excursions
• Supporting the children in their individual development
• Taking on early and late shifts
• Co-responsibility for order, cleanliness, and a positive team culture
• Close cooperation with management on organizational and educational matters
• Taking on and supporting administrative and organizational tasks (e.g., parent work, parent events, parent meetings, etc.)
• Taking on the role of vocational trainer or willingness to complete this further training
Your profile
• Completed pedagogical training with EFZ
• Joy and empathy in dealing with children
• High motivation, teamwork skills, and communication strength
• Creativity, responsibility, and openness
• Good German skills in spoken and written form
• Flexible, humorous, and patient personality with heart
