We are looking for one of our institutional owners, a

Building Concierge

For a building located / workplace: Route de Chêne 13 - 1207 Geneva

Activity rate: 14.29% (full-time at 42h)

Start: immediately or to be agreed

Contract type: Permanent

For a building located / workplace: Chemin des Clochettes 6 - 1206 Geneva

Activity rate: 22% (full-time at 42h)

Start: immediately or to be agreed

Contract type: Permanent

Job description:

• Complete maintenance of a building,
• Carry out minor repair work,
• Follow up on interventions by companies for technical maintenance,
• Ensure liaison with the property management for all matters related to building monitoring,
• Maintain a good human atmosphere in the building.

Your profile:

• Residence within a maximum radius of one kilometre from the workplace,
• Experience in concierge services and practical knowledge of buildings for at least 3 years,
• Federal Certificate of Competence (CFC) as an operations agent or CEFIL or training certificate issued by the UOG would be an asset,
• Good command of spoken French,
• Swiss or valid residence permit,
• Dynamic, flexible, autonomous and organised,
• Ease and facility in contacts,
• Serious and meticulous work,
• Impeccable and reliable person.
