- the design of ideas: analysis of banking-related topics (e.g. payment transactions, securities trading, customer and card management) and gathering requirements from users
- the definition of ideas: visualising solutions using prototypes (based on style guides, proven interaction patterns and design principles)
- the coordination of ideas: bringing together the requirements of internal and external stakeholders (regular sounding within workshops)
- the consolidation of solutions: elaboration of functional and technical user stories
- third-party providers, interfaces as well as their architecture and functional design
- the implementation of solutions: ensuring high quality standards through appropriate acceptance criteria, structured testing and documentation
- the maintenance of solutions: supporting the assessment and qualification of problems and requests submitted by client banks

- with your curiosity, solution-oriented thinking and can-do attitude. You think unconventionally and drive topics forward independently.
- with a completed higher education in business, finance or computer science or with several years of professional experience and corresponding further training (e.g. IREB, CPRE, CBAP, CPUX)
- several years of experience in business analysis
- with your ability to abstract complex processes, recognise cross-departmental relationships and communicate ideas clearly and appropriately for the target audience
- ideally with banking expertise and good technical knowledge regarding web applications, modelling languages (e.g. UML or BPMN) and prototyping tools
- with fluent German and English
