ERP Specialist ABACUS (m/f/d) 80-100%

In this versatile role, you are the central contact person for our ERP system ABACUS and support the organisation in optimising and further developing our business processes. You work closely with internal departments as well as external partners and actively contribute to digitalisation and efficiency enhancement.

YOUR MAIN TASKS

• Support of internal 1st and 2nd level support for ABACUS
• Developing and implementing solutions in ABACUS according to requirements from the organisation
• Definition and creation of processes
• Coordination of 2nd level support with our ABACUS sales partner
• Management and implementation of ERP implementation projects
• Accompanying rollouts of new applications or functions in our subsidiaries (abroad)
• Maintenance of the ticketing system and documentation

YOUR PROFILE

"Must-have":

• Successfully completed apprenticeship and several years of experience in support or as a user in the following ABACUS applications: FIBU, DEBI, KREDI, PROJ
• Understanding and experienced handling of database systems
• Structured, reliable and independent working style as well as cross-departmental thinking
• Strong communication skills, teamwork and assertiveness
• Cost awareness and the ability to perform a cost/benefit assessment for organisational requirements
• Good German and English skills (min. B2)

"Nice-to-have":

• Experience with other ABACUS modules (e.g. PPS, SVM, CRM, ABEA, Payroll, Time Tracking, Education Management)
• Experience in managing ERP implementation projects
• Knowledge of ATK/System and BPE (Business Process Engine)
• Experience in creating and maintaining masks, reports and dashboards
• Experience in performing system patches/updates and with AI functions of ABACUS
