Zurich Children’s Hospital, with around 3,000 employees, is the largest university children’s hospital in Switzerland and one of the leading centres for paediatric and adolescent medicine in Europe. The greatest asset of the "Kispi" are the little ones: up to 100,000 patients are cared for annually. In addition to the entire spectrum of paediatric medicine and paediatric surgery, the hospital also offers a unique children’s rehab centre in Affoltern am Albis. Not only are the most modern equipment and the highest quality in treatment and therapy emphasised here, but also a good sense of interpersonal relations: in a family-like environment, the staff accompany children and adolescents step by step on their way back to as independent a life as possible.

Your tasks

You will train children and adolescents with motor and cognitive impairments.
Your duties include planning and leading various sports groups for different performance levels in the areas of school sports, endurance, wheelchair sports, coordination, swimming, climbing, cycling and much more.
You will take on instruction and supervision in medical training therapy.
Patient-related administration is also part of your responsibilities.
In addition, you will work with other therapy teams as well as with professionals from the fields of medicine, nursing and education at the centre.

Your profile

Bachelor’s degree in Sports Science and/or Movement Science or close to completion
Experience in working with children
Enthusiastic, eager to learn and team-oriented personality
Independent and responsible
MTT training is an advantage
