- Preparation of convincing quotations for various matters
- Ensuring smooth communication in German and French
- Close cooperation with field sales and key account management
- Participation in the optimisation of internal processes
- Experience in direct customer contact
- Very good German and French skills, both spoken and written
- Knowledge of CRM or ERP systems is an advantage
- Good basic MS Office skills
