This department supports 16 predominantly elderly people with various impairments who, depending on individual needs, require comprehensive support in daily life.
Accompanying and supporting daily life with various forms of disability and care needs
Promotion and maintenance of practical life skills
Contact person for educational as well as nursing-medical topics
Documentation of development processes (Redline software)
Taking on departmental and key worker responsibilities
Profile
Qualification as a Health Specialist EFZ or Care Specialist EFZ
Advantageous: experience working with elderly people who have various impairments or dementia issues
Resilient, independent and responsible
Appreciative attitude and genuine interest in others
Independent working style with high personal responsibility
Team player, solution-oriented and open to feedback
Willingness to work irregular hours (evening and weekend shifts)
