Job summary
Join us as a Raumbetreuende at the Goetheanum, a unique venue! This is a great opportunity for volunteers to engage with art and culture.
Tasks
- Assist in guiding visitors through the Grosse Saal and exhibitions.
- Support the presentation of the sculpture ‘Der Menschheitsrepräsentant’.
- Provide insights at the Rudolf Steiner Atelier and other spaces.
Skills
- Must have a valid Aufenthalts- and Arbeitsbewilligung in Switzerland.
- Strong communication skills and confidence.
- Genuine interest in engaging with guests.

We are looking for room attendants (voluntary work) for the viewing times of the following rooms
- The Great Hall. Artistically designed event venue with 992 seats
- The exhibition room with the sculpture "The Representative of Humanity between Lucifer and Ahriman"
- The Rudolf Steiner Studio. Studio and later Rudolf Steiner's sickroom
- The Upper Studio. Studio of Rudolf Steiner and Edith Maryon
- The Edith Maryon Room. Living space of the sculptor Edith Maryon
For the care of the exhibition rooms at the Goetheanum, we are looking for a committed person with interest and a loyal attitude towards the Goetheanum. We expect you to present yourself confidently and with poise and to enjoy meeting guests.
Interested parties will receive an introduction to the task from us. A prerequisite for voluntary work is a valid residence and work permit in Switzerland.
