About the job
Casa Depuoz is a social institution serving children, adolescents and adults with special learning and care needs. In our residential home for adults, we care for and support around 45 residents across five living groups in Trun and in the Soldanella residential home in Sedrun, as well as in our studios.From 1 October 2026 or by arrangement, we are looking for a carer, 80% FaBe, equivalent qualification, career changers welcome, for our adult care team at our location in Trun.
Area of responsibility:
• Accompanying, caring for and supporting the six residents in the protected living and day structure
• Independent creation, implementation and evaluation of support plans
• Organisation of the working day and leisure activities
• Responsibility for the basic care of the residents
• Active and constructive collaboration within the team and department
We expect:
• FaBe or equivalent qualification in the care or work sector, career changers welcome
• Willingness to organise part of the daily routine for people with disabilities and to support them in this
• Organisational talent and creativity
• Mental resilience, patience and empathy
• Ability to work in a team and accept criticism
• Your spontaneity and natural sense of humour complete your profile
