To strengthen our team at the location in Wallisellen ZH we are looking for you immediately or by arrangement as a Care / Case Manager (m/f/d) 80-100%. Are you looking to enter the office and want to continue working in the healthcare sector? Then we have the perfect position for you!
Tasks
- Managing up to 30 employees in private care and customer support in the regions of Zurich, St. Gallen and Schaffhausen
- Personal needs assessments with our customers on site as well as ensuring professional care and support of the nursing team
- Creating assistance and care plans, reassessments and adjustments in consultation with the contact person and initiating further measures
- Personal contact with involved relatives, doctors, health insurance companies, public services and clinics
- Support in recruitment (conducting interviews and hiring discussions)
Requirements
- Diploma as a nursing professional HF/FH (recognition of a foreign diploma by the SRK mandatory)
- Leadership experience advantageous
- Efficient, independent and prompt working style
- High communication skills with all stakeholders
- Responsible, creative, reliable and committed personality
- Proactive type with organisational talent and assertiveness
- Driving licence and vehicle mandatory
