Tasks
- Organize and manage national and international shipments.

- Ensure compliance with customs regulations and manage communication.
Skills
- Completed commercial training or logistics education; customs training is a plus.
- Experience in customs processing for Switzerland and the EU.
- Good knowledge of SAP and hazardous goods transport.

About the job
Your tasks
- Organisation and handling of national and international shipments
- Creation and verification of export and shipping documents
- Execution of customs declarations via EasyPassar
- Ensuring compliance with all customs regulations
- Communication with customs authorities, freight forwarders and customers
- Tariffing and origin management
- Maintenance of relevant master data
- Ensuring correct shipping and export documentation
- Coordination of rail wagon transports
- Interface management with adjacent departments
- Optimisation of shipping processes
- Assuming the role of dangerous goods officer according to ADR
- Support during audits and official enquiries
- Preparation of the annual dangerous goods report
Our requirements
- Completed commercial training or training in forwarding/logistics; further training in customs/foreign trade is an advantage
- Experience in customs clearance in Switzerland and the EU
- Experience with dangerous goods transport is an advantage
- Good knowledge of customs and export matters
- SAP knowledge
- Service-oriented personality
- Independent working style
- ADR dangerous goods officer or willingness to undertake the corresponding training for air/sea and road transport complete your profile
