Your main tasks:
- Ensuring a professional and uninterrupted operational flow in the arena
- Coordination and guidance of around 30 event cleaners
- Workforce planning in the indoor and outdoor areas of the stadium
- Conducting internal quality controls and continuous process optimizations
- Implementing ISS standards
- Supporting in other mandates during the off-season (May to August)
Your profile:
- Completed basic training in cleaning, maintenance, gastronomy, or hospitality
- Further training in facility management, business administration, and/or event management is an advantage
- At least 3-5 years of professional experience (including leadership and planning of employees)
- Willingness to work regular evening and weekend shifts during events (mandatory)
- Good language skills in German, Spanish, Portuguese, and/or Italian
- Driver's license category B
