ICT Service Manager

Are you ready to contribute to the development of the digital transformation? As the ICT service and competence centre of the cantonal administration of Graubünden, we support our services with a secure basic infrastructure and state-of-the-art applications. Together with you, we will advance the digital transformation of the Canton of Graubünden.
To this end, as the IT Office, we are looking immediately or by agreement for an ICT Service Manager.
- You provide advice to users regarding ICT services and gather their requirements
- You are the central contact point between our administrative units and ICT operations and ensure compliance with service levels
- You analyse interruptions, problems as well as changes and initiate corresponding measures
- You are responsible for license management and oversee its further development
- You ensure that solutions are user-oriented and compliant with standards
- You prepare reports, indicators and other decision-making bases
- Professional training or further education in IT or several years of experience in a similar role
- Solid practical knowledge of ITIL processes as well as the use of ITSM tools
- Strong user orientation, high quality awareness and excellent communication skills
- Initiative, perseverance and a structured, solution-oriented working method, with a team-oriented attitude
- Good spoken and written German skills
