You lead and develop a team in the network construction area both professionally and personally
You plan, coordinate, and supervise construction and maintenance projects in the power grid
You ensure compliance with deadlines, quality, and safety standards
You take over deployment planning and ensure efficient resource utilisation
You work closely with internal departments, project managers, and external partners
You document processes and prepare evaluations and reports for project management
You actively contribute to the optimisation of processes and workflows
Qualifications:
Completed training as a network electrician EFZ, electrical installer EFZ, or equivalent qualification
Further training in leadership or technology (e.g. master craftsman, higher technical college) is an advantage
Several years of experience in network construction and project coordination
Leadership experience and enjoyment in motivating and developing a team
Knowledge in occupational safety and standards
Independent, responsible, and solution-oriented working style
Driving licence category B
