Quality Technician 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

We are looking for a Quality Support Technician who forms the bridge between quality control and quality assurance. In this versatile role, you will support both the QC laboratory and the further development of the QM system:

• Collaboration in the maintenance and optimisation of the quality management system

• Support with audits, CAPAs, changes, complaints and deviations

• Creation of key figures, reports and presentations

• Execution of tests and analyses according to specifications

• Documentation and evaluation of test results

• Collaboration in OOS/OOT investigations and laboratory organisation

• Participation in improvement projects

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed training or further education with a scientific, technical or food technology background

• Practical experience in quality control, quality assurance or quality management

• Familiarity with regulated working environments such as GMP, ISO 9001 or ISO 15378

• Analytical thinking, independent working style and focus on practical solutions

• Confident handling of MS Office applications and digital work systems

• Very good German skills as well as good English skills in spoken and written form
