What Awaits You
Our customer zones are the contact point for our customers for handling everything that arises at the counter as well as all questions related to banking. During holidays and other absences of our customer advisors, we are looking for you flexibly, with personality, in the Solothurn region.
We will thoroughly introduce you to the basic services of a bank and give you full insight.
After a short time, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and inspire them with your professional and friendly demeanor. In addition to customer advice and counter business, you will also handle the related administration.
We plan your assignments together with you; often we can plan ahead, occasionally there are emergencies. Unfortunately, we cannot offer you a fixed workload; however, your advantage is great flexibility. Your average annual workload is about 20-30%.
Your Team
The customer zone teams in the Solothurn region (especially Solothurn, Grenchen, Biberist) look forward to your support when a gap arises due to holidays or illness. The teams mostly consist of experienced advisors who are there for our customers with great joy and motivation. Good cohesion is important to us; we are there for each other!

- That you have a commercial basic education and experience in customer consulting, ideally at a bank.
