About the job
Look forward to exciting tasks:
- In our telecommunications division, where we act as an Internet Service Provider, take on support tasks in 1st-level support and handle the daily business around network expansion and maintenance.
- Take over on-site commissioning at the customer and process cancellations as well as changes.
- Monitor networks, analyze errors, and resolve disruptions.
- Connect and test active technology such as switches, routers, OLTs, and CPEs.
- Create and document basic configurations independently.

- You are passionate about network technology, proficient in Windows and Microsoft 365 in everyday use, and Linux know-how advances you further.
- Your educational background includes training as an IT specialist, telematics technician, electrical installer, or similar, ideally complemented by further education.
- People, customers, and clients are at the center for you.
- Native-level German skills as well as very good English skills.
- You have a category B driving license and are willing to participate in on-call duty and on-site assignments.
