Your tasks:
- Processing external and internal customer inquiries and telephone support
- Deployment planning and coordination of service technicians in the field with the associated equipment
- Maintenance planning for the safe and preventive maintenance of customer machines
- Identification of spare parts as well as handling complaints
- Building positive customer relationships through quick and professional handling of malfunctions and machine downtimes
- Participation in internal and external projects
- Participation in product developments as well as escalation cases in cooperation with adjacent departments (e.g. SCC, development)
What we are looking for:
- Completed apprenticeship as an electronics technician, automation technician, polymechanic or electromechanic, further training in technical or commercial fields is an advantage
- Professional experience in service is an advantage
- Flair for electronic, mechanical and optical components
- Good MS Office skills
- Good knowledge of French in spoken and written form is an advantage
- Independent and structured way of working
- Strong customer orientation as well as independent and structured working style, stress resistance, flexibility, resilience and communicative personality
