The Social Security main department is growing with new positions and exciting projects. Starting immediately or by arrangement, we offer you the chance to become part of our team of specialists and to strengthen the future of social security together with us.Your Tasks
- Verification, calculation and disposition of additional benefits (supplementary benefits, allowances and municipal subsidies)
- Analysis and documentation of the economic and personal circumstances of the insured persons
- Conducting supplementary clarifications, e.g. with authorities and social insurance offices
- Examination of illness and disability costs in special cases
- Advising pension recipients and their relatives (in writing, by telephone and in person)
Your Profile
- Completed commercial training and federal social insurance specialist certificate or willingness to obtain it
- Professional experience in the field of additional benefits or in another area of social insurance
- Knowledge of the case application ZLPro is an advantage
- Empathetic, communicative team player
- Analytical, independent and resilient person with the ability to think in a networked way
