TEXAID is the leading company for collecting, recycling and marketing used textiles in Switzerland. Annually, TEXAID collects over 32,000 tonnes of used textiles across Switzerland; these are further processed in its own sorting plants in Switzerland and abroad.
We offer the following apprenticeship starting 1 August 2027 in Schattdorf/UR:
APPRENTICESHIP MERCHANT/-WOMAN EFZ (M/F/D)
(SECTOR: SERVICES AND ADMINISTRATION)
Your tasks:
- Operating the telephone switchboard (inbound)
- Internal and external mail
- Parcel shipping domestic and international
- Correspondence and administrative tasks
- Support tasks for field service and logistics
- Various tasks in accounting and time recording
What we expect from you:
- Completed secondary school level A
- Flawless communication in German
- Interest in foreign languages (French and English)
- Enjoyment of a lively working environment
