We at Spitex Uster, a business area of the City of Uster, are looking for committed colleagues who want to ensure and advance outpatient care, support and assistance for around 40,500 inhabitants in the City of Uster and the municipality of Mönchaltorf together with us.

Our range of services includes both somatic and psychiatric care, counselling, domestic help and support as well as the Spitex shop. In addition, we are a training and internship location and a member of the Gesundheitsmeile Uster training cooperation. Our mission is to improve the quality of life of our clients through professional, caring and individual care, support and assistance in the household. With our help, clients can remain in their familiar environment or return home earlier after a hospital stay.

Your main tasks

• Learning and then independently performing care, nursing and domestic tasks for our clients
• Promoting and maintaining their independence, resources and quality of life
• Individual relationship building, taking into account the personal needs and habits of our clients

What you bring

• Secondary school leaving certificate level C or B
• Enjoyment of contact and work with people
• Empathy
• Reliability
• High sense of responsibility
• Perseverance, flexibility and resilience
• High team and communication skills
• Physical and mental resilience
• German language skills at least level B2
