YOUR MAIN TASKS
In this varied and dynamic role, you are the contact person for our customers in the field of building materials. You advise and assist our customers at the counter, by phone, or by email and accompany the sales process from the customer's request to delivery. You provide or transmit technical information, prepare offers and quotations, and also handle their follow-up. General tasks in the internal sales department complete your area of activity. You work closely with external sales, purchasing, and logistics.
Your Profile
If trust, change, and responsibility are important to you and you want to develop the construction sector, you share essential values with HGC. You have a basic technical education (mason, carpenter, etc.) or commercial training, followed by several years of experience in a similar position. You are bilingual in German and French and have good industry knowledge. You are passionate about customer advice and prioritize common success with your team. Solid knowledge of MS Office and SAP, as well as flexibility and proactivity, complete your profile.
