- Advising customers on IT matters and accompanying them in IT life-cycle management
- Professional leadership and training of the assigned support team
- Conceptual project work with a focus on success and cost compliance
- Several years of experience in technical project management and customer support Very good knowledge of Microsoft 365, Intune, MDM, and Teams
- Solid know-how in VMware environments, Horizon VDI, and ESX
- Very good German skills and strong communication abilities

Tasks

Profile
- Education or further training in computer science as a professional foundation- Several years of experience in technical project management and customer support Very good knowledge of Microsoft 365, Intune, MDM, and Teams
- Solid know-how in VMware environments, Horizon VDI, and ESX
- Very good German skills and strong communication abilities
