Skills
- A banking apprenticeship or similar qualification with 2+ years experience.
- Strong team player with a collaborative work approach.
- Fluent in German, with French or Italian communication skills preferred.

In this exciting role, you will be responsible for processing and reviewing the loan applications of our sales partners for the Zurich / Eastern Switzerland region. This includes handling files as well as supporting sales partners in connection with order processing. You will be responsible for checking the completeness and accuracy of contract returns. As a direct contact person, you provide our sales partners with excellent service and communicate financing decisions. You will also maintain active sales support.

What we wish for
KV/Bank apprenticeship or comparable vocational training
You have 2 years or more of professional experience in customer service or consumer credit business
Team player and collegial working style
A self-reliant and precise working style combined with openness to new ideas and pragmatic solutions
High flexibility, initiative, and readiness to engage
Fluent German skills and the ability to communicate in French or Italian (written and spoken). Any additional language is an advantage.
