Team Leader IV-Pension 100% (Co-Leadership possible)
Is leadership your passion and do you have experience coaching employees and promoting their development? Do you have a proven track record in the field of social insurance? We are looking for one or two committed, team-oriented, and resilient leaders for the IV-Pension team, starting immediately or by agreement.
Your tasks
- You are responsible for the professional and personnel management of a team of 15 specialists (pension entitlement assessment, self-employed, agriculture).
- You coach your employees, ensure their development, and create a motivating work environment.
- You ensure smooth case processing together with your team and take on your own files as needed.
- You coordinate, organize, and review the upcoming tasks and promote interdisciplinary collaboration.
Your competencies
- You bring solid professional experience in the benefits area of a social insurance and a corresponding higher vocational training.
- You can demonstrate a record of success in leadership or are willing to further your education accordingly.
- You have a goal-oriented leadership style and value engagement, a positive attitude, and respectful interaction, and you embody this as well.
- You are a decisive person with organizational skills and know how to set the right priorities.
