- Ensuring that purchase orders are processed on time and within budget
- Careful selection of suppliers, conducting price and contract negotiations to ensure optimal conditions
- Maintenance and management of price lists and delivery conditions to optimise the purchasing strategy
- Identification and implementation of improvement measures
- Several years of professional experience in operational purchasing
- Sound knowledge in the use of ERP systems and confident handling of MS Office
- Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written
- Good team and communication skills

Responsibilities
- Procurement of goods in the assigned product group- Ensuring that purchase orders are processed on time and within budget
- Careful selection of suppliers, conducting price and contract negotiations to ensure optimal conditions

- Identification and implementation of improvement measures
Profile
- Completed commercial training as well as further training as a purchasing specialist with a federal diploma- Several years of professional experience in operational purchasing
- Sound knowledge in the use of ERP systems and confident handling of MS Office
- Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written
- Good team and communication skills
