To strengthen our team, we are looking for you as:

Production Operator / CNC Operator (m/f/d)

This is what you will do with us:

• Loading machines: You place raw parts into the CNC machines, clamp them in, and remove the finished parts.

• Post-processing parts: You deburr, clean, and carefully package the workpieces.

• Quality control: You perform simple visual and dimensional checks on the manufactured parts.

• Providing feedback: In case of problems or malfunctions, you inform the shift supervisor or setter directly.

• Experience: Some practical experience in a production company or with machines is ideal – career changers are also welcome!

• Machine handling: You have a good feel for inserting and removing metal and plastic parts.

• Checking parts: You can operate simple measuring tools (such as calipers or gauges).

• Orderliness: You keep your workplace clean and adhere to the guidelines.

• Language: You understand and speak German

Personal qualities:

• Reliability: You work precisely, focused, and carefully.

• Manual dexterity: You have a good touch when handling tools and components.

• Shift work: You are willing to work in shifts (e.g. 2- or 3-shift system).

• Team spirit: You are collegial and enjoy working in a team.
