In daily telephone contact with our customers, your main tasks will be:
- Plan, organise and coordinate rail sector deliveries to ensure reliable distribution
- Ensure optimal deployment of resources to satisfy our customers
- Carry out administrative tasks for the sector (order forms, invoices, wagon repair tracking, etc.)
- Monitor statistics and ensure reporting related to the area
What you bringexpand_more
- Commercial apprenticeship certificate or training in logistics
- Previous experience in transport planning is an advantage
- Native German speaker with very good knowledge of French (or vice versa)
- Excellent IT skills and accustomed to working with an ERP system (SAP is an advantage)
- Flexible, responsible and committed
- Customer service oriented, able to manage stress while meeting deadlines and being results-driven
- You work independently, are motivated and ready to join a small team
