About the job
What is my role?
You carry out fault diagnostics, analyse malfunctions and resolve them together with the local service team
You document all maintenance and repair work and maintain maintenance procedures in the Quant Service Portal
You proactively contribute improvement suggestions and drive optimisations forward
You exemplify high safety standards and actively promote them within the team
You support new investment projects and conduct training sessions
You assist with spare parts procurement and undertake general workshop tasks
What do I need to be successful?
Ideally several years of experience in the maintenance of machine tools
Knowledge of control technology (Siemens, Heidenhain, Fanuc, Okuma) as well as drive and measurement technology is a plus
Independent and structured working style with a strong customer and service orientation
Good German language skills in spoken and written form; English skills are an advantage
Willingness for occasional on-call duties in case of technical malfunctions
Flexibility for sporadic assignments at other customers in Switzerland
