On behalf of one of our clients, we are looking for a Quality Controller (M/F).
Your future responsibilities:
- You will control the quality of components by respecting manufacturing procedures and associated technical documents.
- You will verify the conformity of batches and manufacturing orders according to defined quality and appearance criteria.
- You will immediately report to your supervisor any anomaly, deviation or situation requiring intervention.
- You will communicate with your team to share essential information and facilitate the smooth running of production.
- You will accurately record the results of inspections as well as decisions made in the dedicated IT tools.
- You will apply quality procedures and ensure compliance with current instructions.
- You will contribute to identifying malfunctions and propose useful information for their resolution.
- You will participate in maintaining an efficient organisation by collaborating with various stakeholders.
- You will ensure the cleanliness and organisation of your workstation throughout your activity.
- You will ensure compliance with hygiene, safety and quality rules to guarantee a compliant working environment.
Your profile:
- You have training or professional experience in quality control, with skills in aesthetic and dimensional control.
- You apply the requirements of the quality reference framework to ensure the conformity of controlled components.
- You carry out visual inspection operations using appropriate methods and techniques.
- You use the necessary IT tools to record and monitor inspection results.
- You consult and interpret technical documents to perform the required checks.
- You handle optical measuring equipment in compliance with established procedures.
- You adapt to shift work schedules according to organisational needs.
- You analyse inspection results and make appropriate decisions in case of non-conformity.
- You communicate effectively with your colleagues and contribute to the smooth functioning of teamwork.
- You perform your tasks with rigour, autonomy, organisational skills and a constant concern for quality.
