You want to accompany people with dementia in their familiar home environment and are looking for a long-term perspective? For a specialised dementia team, we are looking for a committed Dipl. Nursing Specialist HF starting immediately. You can expect a varied assignment with the possibility of permanent employment within the framework of a Try & Hire.
Your tasks
- Comprehensive care and support of people with dementia in their home environment
- Individual care planning as well as needs-oriented support of clients
- Advice and support for relatives in dealing with the illness
- Close interprofessional collaboration with doctors and other specialists
- Ensuring high care quality as well as seamless care documentation
- Independent tour planning and assignments during day shifts
Our requirements
- Completed training as a Dipl. Nursing Specialist HF/FH or equivalent qualification recognised in Switzerland
- Interest in the field of dementia
- Experience in dementia care is an advantage
- Alternatively, professional experience in psychiatry
- Independent, empathetic and responsible way of working
- Driving licence category B and enjoyment of mobile work (company vehicles are available)
- Very good German language skills, spoken and written
