Customer Advisor

We, the Raiffeisenbank Prättigau-Davos, are a dynamic and modern bank with 40 dedicated employees. For our advisory bank in Klosters, we are looking for a committed personality as a customer advisor to strengthen our private customer base team.

• You have daily contact with our customers and advise them holistically according to their financial needs
• In conversations, you identify potentials and develop the best possible solutions in the areas of numbers, investing, and retirement planning
• As the primary contact person, you help our customers navigate the jungle of technical terms and provide valuable support in fulfilling their dreams
• As a team player, you support the colleagues at the reception of our branch

• Completed vocational training (EFZ)
• Banking experience is an advantage
• Enjoyment of active customer contact and a strong customer orientation
• Empathy, strong communication skills, and team spirit
• Entrepreneurial thinking and a high affinity for sales
