Tasks

• Planning and coordination of transports, deliveries or assignments

  
  

• Deployment planning of vehicles, drivers or employees

  
  

• Monitoring of delivery dates and transport processes

  
  

• Communication with customers, suppliers and internal departments

  
  

• Creation and processing of transport and delivery documents

  
  

• Control of orders, deliveries and inventories

  
  

• Response to short-term changes or disruptions in the process

  
  

• Optimisation of transport routes and deployment plans

  
  

Additional tasks

• Maintenance of data in dispatch or ERP systems

  
  

• Preparation of reports and evaluations

  
  

• Support in planning logistical processes

  
  

• Ensuring compliance with safety and quality regulations

  
  

Requirements

Professional requirements

• Completed training in logistics, forwarding, transport or commercial field

  
  

• Knowledge in dispatch, transport planning or logistics

  
  

• Experience in handling planning or ERP systems

  
  

• Good computer skills (e.g. Excel, dispatch software)

  
  

• Basic knowledge of geography and transport routes is an advantage
