- You take responsibility for the professional handling of projects from the HR project portfolio – from the project idea to the handover to daily business
- You actively participate in diverse topics in the HRM area: from operational tasks to strategic topics with company-wide impact
- You enjoy working with internal stakeholders, ICT, and external implementation partners and bring your ideas and commitment specifically into projects around our HRM topics
This is what you bring with you
- You have HR training or a university degree with a focus on HR-relevant topics as well as project management training
- You bring several years of experience in leading projects as well as experience in stakeholder management at various leadership levels – ideally in HRM
- You have strong analytical, conceptual, and organizational skills and convince with a solution- and customer-oriented mindset
- You are a socially competent team player with drive and the willingness for agile, independent work
