Your Main Tasks
- Outpatient scheduling - appointment planning, organization, and coordination of consultations
- Performance controlling of outpatient services according to TARDOC
- Processing of referrals and KOGU
- General secretarial tasks, e.g., reporting, billing of appointments, POD, substitutions, etc.
- Interface and contact person (by phone and in writing) with insurers, patients, and other third parties
Your Profile
- Commercial basic training / training as MPA
- Alternatively, further training as a medical secretary with at least 2 years of experience
- Very good knowledge of medical terminology
- Good English skills are mandatory, additional languages are an advantage
- Proficient use of MS Office programs, KISIM knowledge is desirable
- Committed, reliable, flexible, and resilient personality
- High social competence with a hands-on mentality
- Enjoyment in contact with patients and relatives as well as other third parties
