About the job
We are looking for a committed individual for Social and Health Administration 40 percent starting 1 January 2027 or by arrangement.
The Social and Health Department includes the areas of social assistance, alimony support, AHV branch office, care vouchers, residual financing, as well as other social and health-related tasks. The Social and Health division is responsible for the management of economic social assistance. It works closely with the Centre for Social Affairs (Zenso). Your tasks include
- Administrative, legal, and financial case management of files in economic social assistance
- Data entry of files
- Clarification of relative support
- Reimbursement of social assistance
- Support for care vouchers, residual financing, AHV branch office
Ideally, you bring
- Commercial basic training
- Knowledge of the case management system Klib is an advantage
- Quick comprehension and ability to think in a networked way
- Independent and resilient personality
- Social competence and understanding of individual life situations
- Enjoyment of diverse tasks
