Production Employee (m/f/d) in Food Production for the Willisau / Lucerne Hinterland Region

Job Description

• Assisting in pre-production, production, and packaging of high-quality convenience products.
• Supporting all shifts to ensure smooth production processes.
• We are looking for an operations employee starting immediately until 31 December 2026, with the option to extend.
• Working hours are from 12:00 to 22:30.

We expect

• Completed training in the food industry or a comparable qualification.
• Experience with modern production equipment and processes.
• Strong quality awareness and the ability to maintain high standards.
• Good PC skills, especially in MS Office, to record and evaluate production data.
• Reliable, precise, and conscientious working style that contributes to team efficiency.
• Teamwork skills and the ability to work in a dynamic environment.
• High degree of independence and responsibility to manage tasks autonomously.
• Flexibility regarding working hours to meet production requirements.
• Willingness to work in a two-shift system as well as on weekends to achieve production goals.
• Good German language skills, both spoken and written, to facilitate team communication.
• Mobility, preferably with own car, to reach the workplace without difficulty.
