Business Architect for IT Platform

Our small technology team strengthens strategic competence in collaboration with partners and providers at the IT technology level with you. You will play a significant role in ensuring that planned technological developments on our IT platforms such as core banking software finnova.neo, Modern Workplace, cloud solutions are successfully implemented in the coming years. You work closely with strategic technology decisions and can actively shape demanding IT topics.

Your main areas of responsibility

• Responsibility for technology and infrastructure services, especially the components Microsoft Intune, Microsoft 365 and Modern Workplace Services
• Creating specifications and reviewing configurations of complex and networked IT infrastructures and IT platforms
• Reviewing specifications and evaluations of infrastructure components for IT platforms in networked or heterogeneous landscapes
• Developing solution designs and technical concepts for new requirements and projects
• Technical sparring partner for engineers, architects and specialists of our software suppliers and operating partners as well as for internal stakeholders such as project managers, business managers and analysts
• Coordination and management of technical issues between internal and external stakeholders
• Participation in projects around workplace, Microsoft 365, Intune, cloud, connectivity, container platforms and infrastructure services
• Sparring partner of the internal CISO and involvement in the further development of the cyber security strategy and technological security architecture

What you bring with you

• Broad experience as an IT engineer, ideally in the areas of Microsoft 365, Modern Workplace, cloud technologies, IT infrastructure or platform engineering
• Enjoy tackling demanding topics in collaboration with partners and developing convincing solutions
• Enthusiasm and affinity for topics such as cloud technology, IT security, IT architectures as well as efficient and high-performance data management
• Enjoyment in dealing with and strong communication skills with providers and employees at various levels
• Several years of experience in leading IT projects and an independent, structured, goal- and solution-oriented way of working
• Experience in the banking, financial services or regulated IT environment is an advantage
• Confident communication and correspondence in German
